FLOATING RELAXATION MINI RETREAT:Gentle aerial yoga and deeply relaxing floating sound bath
Join us for 2 hours of pure relaxation. The first half of the session will be A beautiful Yogic class performed in a silky hammock. Enjoy the strength and flexibility of a well rounded Yoga class with the added element of floating above the floor! Allow the hammock to take the strain away from the body, allowing you to sink into the support of the hammock which will allow the body to rest, repair, and stretch further. *This session is suitable for all levels and absolute beginners are always welcome
The 2nd half of the session will allow this relaxation to continue as you float away into a state of bliss with a soothing sound bath. Experience the effects of the vibrations and frequencies whilst feeling weightless and cocooned in a cozy hammock. This in-person event is the perfect way to unwind and de-stress after a long week.
