Begin your experience with an optional CBD gummy offered to each participant at the start of the session. It is completely optional and contains no THC.

Relax in a soft fabric hammock as deep rhythmic instruments like the earth gong, drumming, sound bowls, and grounded percussion guide you into a calm and rooted state. These low frequency vibrations support the nervous system by helping the body shift into a parasympathetic state where rest, recovery, and healing naturally occur.

Mentally, grounding sounds help quiet racing thoughts and bring focus. Physically, they can slow the heart rate, ease tension, and support the body’s sense of safety and balance. Spiritually, they offer a moment to reconnect with your center, like standing barefoot on solid ground.

Doors open 15 minutes before class. For everyone's safety, doors will be locked promptly at start time.

🔹 This class is experienced barefoot.

🔹 Please silence or turn off cell phones upon arrival.
🔹 Respect all sound bath instruments and studio equipment.
🔹 Doors open 15 minutes before start time.
🔹 Studio doors will lock at the start of the session – no late entry.
🔹 Pre-registration required – no drop-ins.
🔹 No refunds or credits.
SOUND BATH ETIQUETTE:
🔹 This is a quiet and distraction-free experience.
🔹 Please remain silent during the sound bath.
🔹 No phone use, talking, or texting once the session begins.
🔹 Please do not perform yoga poses or stretches during the sound portion.
🔹 Understand that this is a public class – occasional snoring or natural sounds may occur.
