Join us Sound bath to soothe your week, as you take refuge in the comfort of a hammock - the perfect oasis to the stresses and hassle of living in a city.

Relax into the sublime healing sounds and discover the powerful integration of divine Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and the magical Crystal Quartz Lyre also known as the Crystal Harp tuned to the natural frequency of the universe. The divinely sound vibrations from these scared crystal instruments align the crystalline properties of the human body allowing one to experience a cascade of unusual sensations, rapidly losing track of the regular spatial-temporal framework to enter into a new vibratory universe, initiating a self-healing process.

This sound bath is so much more than just a relaxation experience. As the frequencies and vibrations permeate through your body, clearing the subconscious of energetic and emotional blockages and harmonizing your soul at the same time. Your energetic balance becomes equalized while every individual cells being nourished. Come in comfortable attire and refrain from wearing clothes with zip and sharp or pointed jewelry/accessories that may damage the hammock.

You are highly recommended to bring your own eye pillow, blanket, jacket or/and cushion in order to enjoy the session thoroughly in total comfort.

The space will be sanitised before and after the event and sanitising spray and hand gel will be available. Please do not attend the class if you are feeling unwell.

Do read through and observe the venue guidelines. Arrive at least 20 mins earlier prior to the session and latecomers will be rejected from attending the session once it starts.

This session will be held at Avoyoga Studio. Address: 23 Kampong Bahru Road, #03-03, Singapore 169349 (5 - 8 mins walk from Outram MRT Exit G Police Cantonment / Kampong Bahru Bus Terminal).
