Bring your child for a float soundbath by Purposeful Living at Bridgewater Swim Academy. This will give them an introduction to what sound medicine and floating can do for their mind and nervous system.
A lifeguard will be on duty.
Purchasing one ticket covers you and one child.
Arrive by 4:45 to fill out paperwork
5pm will find us getting on our floats
At 5:40 we will invite you and your child to get in the saltwater pool if it feels right for the both of you. You can enjoy a nice warm saltwater swim for 20 minutes.
We have another float soundbath after this one. So, guests will need to be exiting by 6:15pm at the latest.
Bring towels
Eye Masks
Light blanket or scarf to cover up with on the float
Dry clothes
