We’re returning to the beautiful rooftop pool at Gulf Place Condos for a morning designed to help you float, breathe, receive, and reset.
Join me for a one-of-a-kind Floating Sound Bath, where you’ll literally float beneath the morning sky while being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.
✨ The Morning
8:00 AM — Arrive + Ease In
We’ll begin with fresh juice, light breakfast bites and time to settle in, connect and enjoy the beautiful rooftop setting.
8:30 AM — Floating Sound Bath
Get comfortable on an air mattress in the rooftop pool as we move into a guided meditation and immersive sound experience.
Close your eyes. Feel the water beneath you. Listen. Breathe. And simply allow yourself to receive.
After the Sound Bath — Linger + Land
We’ll have time afterward to slowly come back, enjoy the space, grab another bite or juice, and soak up the morning before we wrap by 10:00 AM.
🌊 Air mattresses will be provided, you will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
No meditation or sound bath experience is necessary — just come comfortable and ready to experience your morning a little differently.
Tickets are $35 per person and space is limited for this rooftop experience.
There’s something incredibly peaceful about bringing together sound, water, sunshine and stillness, and I cannot wait to return to Gulf Place for this special morning.
