Are you ready to level up your skills in the hammock?Join Aerial Instructor Martha for a flips and tricks intensive workshop! Roll out your mat and get ready to learn new skills and sequences in the hammock. This workshop is open to participants ages 16yrs and up. Participants must have taken at least two (2) beginner aerial classes to participate.
Students will need to bring a yoga mat and water
$35 per participant
