I am willing to show you a few deals this year we have done with none of our own money or credit and how you can do the same with support of our team without being taken advantage of. What is your return on investment if you profit 100k on a flip using none of your own money? How about 2k in additional cashflow each month from a hold you acquired with none of your own money? Yeah.... How does infinite returns sound? No brainer.

You might be asking whos this guy? Not your guru.. I was Broke and unemployed at the age of 24 after serving in the Army to full time investor that hasn't reported to a job in eight years now and 231 transactions under my belt. I still lead troops its just on a different battlefield. Its crushing the designed ignorance in America. Crushing everyone/everything around you thats holding you back from living the dream. The financial elites play by the same rule book. You either play or get played, all they want is for you to be a good little employee that pays taxes. We want the complete opposite for you.
We want YOU to not live a paycheck to paycheck lifestyle.. Instead... How many doors do you need to live the life you want on a monthly basis? Lets say they cashflow on average 1k per door. Do you need 20 of them? 50 of them? How many flips do you need to supervise each year to live the life you want? A few this year were 106k profit and 68k profit using none of my own money. I cut checks Once sometimes twice a week. Can you do that?
We want YOU to have your time freedom. Most Americans spend 70% of their life working a job they dont even like. My father was one of them. Lets fire your boss or beef up your retirement with a side hustle so you're not needing to retire from a second job. Take back your time.. Life is short and you know it.
We want YOU to NOT need someone for you to be successful because they want to leverage you and not give all the pieces to keep you around. The greatest way to be taken advantage of by dirty mentors out there is simply not knowing whats going on. We want you to not NEED someone for a deal but instead empower you and still have 2nd to none support and relationships. We are people that love to collaborate and not forced to.
Lastly I am not preaching to you. These investors and this plan to make money with us and do deals is exactly how I became a real estate investor. I am no different than you.. A student.. I followed orders and executed. I lead by example.
Not one person you get instruction from with us has made less than a million dollars yearly doing exactly what they are instructing you to do.
