Each table shares one flipped idea.

13:00 The Flip Challenge

Each participant completes:

“In the next 30 days, I will flip this existing ingredient…”

They define:

• What they’ll reuse
• How they’ll reuse it
• What success looks like

13:30 Lunch & Learn Summary

End with a strong message:
