a beautiful Lobster Risotto Bite with Hidden Hangar Riesling (estate-grown, off-dry, full-bodied white wine with flavors and aromas of pineapple, apricot, golden apple, lime & floral character)

Seared, Maple Leaf Duck Breast with Apricot Chutney with Hidden Hangar Malbec (medium-to-full bodied, fruit-forward red with plum, black raspberry & blueberry, vanilla, and clove)

Prime NY Strip Crostini topped with a Bourbon Cherry Glaze with Hidden Hangar Triplane (medium-to-full bodied red blend of Syrah, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc with aromas and flavors of plum, blackberry, black pepper, and sage. Aged in new oak barrels for 12 months in 27% French, 33% American, 11% European oak)
