We’ll begin with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao ritual to set the tone for deep inner work. From there, relax into a soothing sound bath designed to calm your nervous system and heighten your connection to the breath. - Breakthrough Breathwork Session
The heart of the event—a transformative 1-hour breathwork session that will help you release emotional and physical tension, leaving you feeling rejuvenated. - Practical Breathing Techniques for Daily Use
