Learn to trust your hands! Flight Club is your opportunity to workshop handstands and other arm-balances. These sessions are loosely structured to adapt to the needs of the students.
Dillon Reeder leads you through warm-up exercises and drills that complement and build up to the focus pose. Progressions and regressions are provided for all levels. Questions and open discussion are encouraged!
Space is limited, pre-registration is highly recommended, and late-cancels will be charged.
