Flight Cleveland's Annual Clambake!

We are thrilled to announce that Chef David Kocab will be popping at Flight Cleveland for our seventh annual Clambake! Chef Dave will be curating the menu with BassaBassa (a Cent's concept)!

Clambake Menu: $40

-One Dozen Clams served with a white wine corn broth

-roasted sweet potato & white bean salad

-corn relish over Spanish tortilla with aioli

-cucumbers dressed with Sherry vinegar

-green chorizo sausage

-bread + potato butter

Additional Enhancements Available:

-BassaBassa's Marinated Half Chicken w/ jus $18

-Extra Dozen Clams $15

PRE-ORDERING YOUR CLAMBAKE IS REQUIRED and we're offering three options for the experience:

2:00pm - 3:30pm

3:30pm - 5:00pm

5:00pm - 6:30pm

In order to keep things running smoothly for everyone, we ask that you please arrive during your selected timeframe!

Due to the nature of the menu and pop-up, we are unable to make any substitutions to this menu.

Wine, beer and booze sold separately at Flight Cleveland.

Online sales will be available until Thursday, September 25th at 2:00pm, or until sold out.

You must pre-order your clambake to participate in the event.

Substitutions are not available, please reach out if you have any allergy questions.

We are NOT taking reservations for seating. Seating is first come, first serve, as usual.

Please arrive during your selected ticket window for smooth and efficient service.

Once you are seated at Flight, our team will let the Chef know you are here and we will prepare your food!

Flight Cleveland is open for regular service during the event with all wine bar and snack menus available

A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if your reservation is canceled after Thursday, September 25th at 2:00pm
