If you are a current Flight Attendant and would like to increase your safety and overall knowledge and skills for dealing with violence, this class is for you! This hands-on self-defense course will cover the defensive mindset, situational awareness, vulnerable targets, personal weapons, proper stance, blocks, devastating strikes and more.This class is open to current Flight Attendants with valid credentials
Students must sign a waiver to participate
