We're thrilled to announce the most purr-fect movie night of the year: Flicks by the Fountain! Mark your calendars for Friday, August 25, 2023, and get ready for an evening packed with fun for the whole family!
Feature Film: Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
This year, YOU—the fantastic folks of Beaverton—had the power to choose the movie, and your voices were heard! Our public vote crowned the swashbuckling feline hero, Puss in Boots, as the star of the show. Get ready to embark on an incredible journey filled with bravery, magic, and a whole lot of cat-titude!
The film will be shown in English with Spanish subtitles.

Our food vendors this year include Spice of Africa, Cousins Maine Lobster Rolls, fresh kettle corn, and El Refrescante Ice Cream.

Event Details and Regulations:
Temps are typically mid to low 70s by movie start time and typically around 65 degrees when it ends.
Movie start time will be approximately 8:30 pm. Movie runtime is 1 hour and 41 minutes.
Food and drink will be for sale at the event, though you may also bring your own food and beverages from home.
Low-back chairs and blankets are recommended (elevated chairs and high-back chairs will be allowed, but people with these items will be asked to locate them in designated areas).
No outside alcohol is allowed.
No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed.
Parking is located next to Beaverton City Library and in the parking lot where the Farmers Market is held. Restroom facilities are located in the park.
The fountain at Beaverton City Park will be turned off all day on day on August 25 for the Flicks by the Fountain event.
The Following Roads Will Be Closed During Flicks by the Fountain:
SW 5th Street from SW Watson Avenue to SW Hall Boulevard from 5:30 to 11:30 pm.
SW Hall Boulevard from SW 5th Street to SW 3rd Street from 5:30 to 11:30 pm.
