Flicks by the Fountain returns to Beaverton City Park this summer! Join us from 6:30 - 8:40 p.m. for family-friendly activities before the show! The Beaverton Civic Theater will be hosting a craft booth where you can create your own musical instruments to use throughout the night! A sing-along will be hosted by their team from 8 - 8:40 p.m.
Movie begins at dusk (depending on the date and the cloud cover, dusk ranges from about 8:10 to 8:40 pm).
But what's the movie, you ask? Encanto! It tells the tale of an extraordinary family, the Madrigals, who live hidden in the mountains of Colombia, in a magical house, in a vibrant town, in a wondrous, charmed place called an Encanto.
Food and drink will be for sale at the event, though you may also bring your own food and beverages from home. Low-back chairs and blankets are recommended (elevated chairs and high-back chairs will be allowed, but people with these items will be asked to locate them in designated areas). Parking is located next to Beaverton City Library and in the parking lot where the Farmers Market is held. Restroom facilities are located in the park.
