Margaux vous enseigne le hamac aérien à travers une séance axée sur la flexibilité tout en ayant un bon échauffement. Combinant renforcement musculaire et travail de flexibilité profonde, cet atelier vous invitera à reconnecter au moment présent tout en sentant vos tissus profonds travailler.
Sur réservation obligatoire avec le circuit d'eaux, durée de 4h total (1h d'atelier et 3h de circuit d'eaux).

Margaux invites you to experience the aerial hammock with a workshop focused on flexibility, starting with a thorough warm-up. Combining strength building and deep flexibility work, this workshop will invite you to reconnect with the present moment while feeling your deep tissues at work.
Rservations are mandatory with the water circuit, 4 hours total (1h workshop and 3-hours water circuit).
