Join us for a workout for World Ocean Day at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park!About this Event
This FLEX workout will take place at during the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park World Ocean's Day event on June 12th, 2021 from 9AM to 10AM. The workout will be a 1 hour long full-body workout with resistance band, body weight, strength, and cardio! All fitness levels are welcome!
Location: Grouper Pavilion (over the wooden bridge, first parking lot on the right)
Please bring your own resistance tube. There will be limited extra resistance bands to share.
