Flex āN Stretch is back for another 10-week session of safe, gentle, and effective movement for adults of all ages and abilitiesāincluding seniors. Whether you're looking to improve strength, flexibility, balance, or just feel better in your body, this class is for you.

š Come to 1 session, all 30, or as many as you'd likeāno pressure!
