About this Event
Combat Dance is a high-energy fitness class that blends dance choreography with martial arts-inspired movements such as punches, kicks, blocks, and athletic conditioning. Participants enjoy an empowering full-body workout set to upbeat music while improving cardio endurance, coordination, strength, confidence, and stress relief. No martial arts experience is necessary, and modifications can be provided for all fitness levels.
