A gentle Pilates-inspired session combining standing and mat-based movements to improve flexibility, balance and strength. Perfect for all levels.10am on Tuesdays for 1 hour. Every Tuesday, starting from 4 November - 9 December 2025
Join a new fitness class at our Tamworth Assembly Rooms before our weekly Silver Screen Movie Club matinee performances.
If you are looking for fun, low impact way to stay active, improve mobility, and connect with others in a supportive environment, this class is for you! All fitness levels are welcome.
This class will help with:

Build strength: Gently tone muscles and support bone health.
Enhance balance: Boost Stability and confidence on your feet.
