Flex & Contortion Workshop
Formé by Terri x Calda Movement
Join movement specialist Terri for an intimate one-hour workshop covering the flexibility fundamentals that most people never get properly taught — full splits progressions, bridge and backbend conditioning, and handstand foundations.
This is a small-group, hands-on session with a maximum of 20 participants. Every drill is taught with beginner and advanced variations, so no prior experience is needed.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Full splits progressions: hip flexor activation, hamstring release, and active flexibility drills that create lasting change
- Bridge & backbend drills: thoracic mobility, glute strength, and safe progressions from beginner to deeper arch
WHO THIS IS FOR
- Mums who want to reclaim their movement and feel strong again
- Pole dancers and aerialists working their range and lines
- Adults and beginners who want their splits and don't know where to start
- Anyone who feels stuck in their flexibility practice and needs structure

What to wear: Comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Barefoot or grip socks recommended.
What to bring: Water bottle. Everything else is provided.
