This workshop is all about pushing you past you point of comfortability with advanced form and instruction from mi the singing yogini Estar. We will be dancing, breathing and expressing ourselves freely here with form and grac. it is time for you to LEVEL UP! Become the version of yourself that CAN AND WILL AND IS EMPOWERED!
