Release weekend will feature Play Day Events, intended to be a fun, low-stakes way for casual players to enjoy exploring new cards from Part the Mistveil. This entry-level format starts players off with pre-built Blitz decks, so they can start playing right away. The decks within each set are balanced against each other, so everyone has a fair shot at victory. Whether you're a seasoned player looking to try out a new hero, or a new player just starting out, Blitz Preconstructed is a great way to get into the game. Players ideally will be using Blitz Decks from the Part the Mistveil Blitz Collection box set, or alternatively a Heavy Hitters Blitz Deck.
Local game stores who host Armory Events will receive a 6-card Play Day promo pack as part of their June Armory Kit. The promo pack includes two rainbow foil copies of each signature weapon belonging to the three heroes in Part the Mistveil.
It is recommended that the first six players who sign up to play as a Part the Mistveil hero receive a Play Day promo, and that where possible, they receive the rainbow foil signature weapon for the hero they are playing.
Blitz Preconstructed is based on the Blitz format, but each player uses a pre-built deck.

Entry fee is $5 per player, plus the purchase of a Blitz deck. The entry fee includes two packs per player entered into the prize pool plus any promos provided by Legendary Studios.
