ID & Decklists:
This event requires all participants to have a GEM ID to participate in this event. Please ensure you have both your ID number and email address to hand when registering on the day of the event.
Decklists are not required for this event.
Food & Drink:
Food and/or refreshments NOT purchased onsite are NOT permitted at our events, with the exception of water bottles. We have an onsite cafe, which provides a range of food and drink available for purchase on the day, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Hot food only may be bought on site, but requires a surcharge to be paid at the bar to do so. Anyone found to be bringing outside food and drink into the event may be asked to leave.
Buying & Selling Cards:
We are a singles retailer for multiple TCGs! Cards are available to sell to us for store credit or cash, and purchase from us both onsite and on our website,. We ask that large orders for singles are placed online prior to the event as we cannot guarantee those orders will be fulfilled in time on the day of the event. If you wish to sell singles you will be required to submit a buylist for the singles online and await its approval. When dropping off your buylist, depending on the size of the list, this may take some time to be finalized and for payment to be made.
We do not otherwise allow the selling or purchase of singles or product in store.
Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your ticket then a full refund will be given if we are notified 7 days before the start of the event.
If less than 7 days notice is given, the cost of your ticket will only be refunded if we are able to re-sell your ticket.
Tickets are non transferable. Please do not purchase your tickets from someone else. We have had issues of people selling fake tickets for our popular events.

All players will receive 1 unlimited Flesh & Blood booster pack at the end of the event for participation.
The top 8 players will each receive a GEM promo pack of the current season (which contain 3 cards from a possible 32 - including the chance at a Marvel rare!) and a second of an older season (whilst stocks last).
In addition,
1st place overall will receive 2 bonus GEM promo packs
2nd place overall will recieve 1 bonus GEM promo pack
There will be 2 additional GEM promo packs given out to players at random, outside of the top 8.
