About this Event
DRAGONAUTS CREW 333 invites all Scouts BSA at least 12 years old interested in Cooking and the BSA Nova STEM Program to join them at their Annual Fleet Week Retreat to:
(1) Learn more about the BSA Venturing program.
(2) Complete Cooking Merit Badge Requirements #1, #2, #3, and #7 with Cooking Merit Badge Counselor.
(3) Be inspired to learn new recipes from Black Spire Outpost from a Galaxy far, far, away, to replicate for Cooking Merit Badge Requirements #4, #5, and #6.
(4) Complete Fire Safety Merit Badge Requirements.
(5) Complete requirements for the Nova Techology Award for their program level:

***FOLLOW UP SESSIONS FOR COOKING MERIT BADGE REQUIREMENTS #4, #5 AND #6 WILL BE IN PERSON IN AUGUST OR OCTOBER TO GIVE THE SCOUTS TIME TO COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS. Details will be shared on MAY 27.

NOTES - PLEASE READ ALL LISTED BELOW CAREFULLY:
1) THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF FOR ANY SCOUT AGED 12-13 YEARS OLD. All Scouts who are not yet 14 years old must be accompanied by ONE BSA ADULT registered to their UNIT at the maximum ratio of 4 SCOUTS TO 1-BSA ADULT.

2) ALL BSA ADULTS ACCOMPANYING SCOUTS MUST BE REGISTERED TO THEIR UNIT - AND BE ABLE TO CAMP OUTDOORS AND BRING + COOK THEIR OWN FOOD.

3) $200.00 COST PER YOUTH IS FOR:
- (a) 2-Camping Nights.
- (b) Five Meals from Black Spire Outpost: Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast, Sunday Lunch, Sunday Dinner, Monday Breakfast.
- (c) Campfire Program.
- (d) Fire Safety Merit Badge Program.
- (e) Cooking Merit Badge Program.
- (f) Nova Technology Award Program.
- (g) Dragonauts Crew 333 May The Forks Be With You Event Souvenir.

4) $50.00 COST PER BSA ADULT at least 25 years old IS FOR:
- (A) 2-Camping Nights.
- (B) Campfire Program.

5) Everyone - Scout BSA and Adult BSA - attending must bring their own completed copy of the following:
- (A) Activity Waiver to check in on May 25:
- (B) BSA Health Form AB to check in on May 25.

6) EVERYONE WHO IS 18 YEARS OLD AND UP must email a screenshot of their BSA Membership Card showing their BSA ID and position within their unit BY MAY 18, 2024.

7) THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

8) SCHEDULE OF EVENTS WILL BE SHARED WITH ROSTER VIA THE EVENTBRITE EMAIL PLATFORM PER YOUTH PRIVACY AND YOUTH PROTECTION PROTOCOLS ON MAY 21.

9) EVERYONE ATTENDING MUST BE NAMED ON THE ROSTER AS THEMSELVES.
The Roster is sent to the Cabrillo Camp Director on May 20 along with screen shots of BSA Membership Cards of everyone who is 18 years old and up.
Any name that is incorrect on the roster on May 20 through check in on May 25, that person will not be allowed to check in on May 25.
