We’ll kick things off with a Fueling & Hydration Clinic led by our Run Club from Return2Sport, sharing practical tips to help you feel stronger on your runs—whether you’re just getting started or training for your next race.
Then, lace up for a community demo run featuring shoe demos from Mizuno and Brooks—a great chance to test out some miles with us.
After the run, stick around as we celebrate together with pizza, cake, and two fun giveaways 🎂🍕
