Join us for the spring Mondo Nougat Flavour Creator Masterclass on Saturday, October 12, 2024.Under the expert guidance of the Mondo Nougat team, you’ll have the opportunity to blend a variety of ingredients, from timeless classics to daring selections that push the boundaries.
Craft your own unique version of one of the world’s oldest confections, with each participant making approximately 200g of nougat to take home and enjoy.
The session starts at 9am with a morning tea and a brief introduction, setting the stage for an immersive behind-the-scenes experience.
