Bianca Chow is a passionate coach, facilitator, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in brand management, marketing, global operations, change management, communications, and employee engagement. Bianca pivoted into the consulting space in 2016 after leading teams and strategic global initiatives in Corporate America, which included time in the fashion, retail and tech industries. At CMP, Bianca leads strategic client initiatives and coaches individuals as they navigate career pivots of all sizes.
Bianca enjoys sharing her career journey and her personal story as a daughter of Chinese immigrants as a means of empowering others, specifically teen girls and women to reach their full potential. Building bridges of trust is important to Bianca as an AAPI woman, and she is a proud member of the Orchid Giving Circle. Bianca’s passion for philanthropy and raising awareness about the needs of the underserved within the Asian community is part of the long-lasting legacy she hopes to leave in the North Texas area and beyond.
Today she serves on the My Possibilities Foundation Board of Directors, a nonprofit focused on supporting individuals with disabilities in the North Texas community. Amplifying the voices of the unheard - be it through collaborative efforts with nonprofits, accelerators, global organizations or start-ups - is what makes Bianca tick.
