With over a decade in the industry, Flava D is one of the most productive and versatile DJs in the bass music scene. Born in Bournemouth, she has built an international career with both releases and live sets spanning UK Garage, grime, and bassline.
Now, she takes a new step, adding Drum & Bass to her repertoire by officially joining Songs In The Key Of Knife. With a string of successful releases such as In The Dance, Soul Shake with My Nu Leng, Spicy Noodles, and the TQD album UKG alongside Royal-T & DJ Q, Flava D has earned global recognition from critics, tastemakers, and, most importantly, the dancefloor.
Her technical skill and superior musical selection have cemented her place in dance music history, where she has left her mark on projects reserved for the most renowned DJs. She joined the exclusive ranks of DJs who have created mixes for the legendary London club concept FABRICLIVE, when she delivered the 88th edition of the series. In addition to a global touring schedule, she has also curated her own events with a 13-week residency at XOYO in London and held a six-month DJ residency on BBC Radio 1.
