After the success of the January 2023 event 'FLASH MOB YOUR WAY TO FUN & FREEDOM' we've decided to jump right in and create another.

These events are an opportunity to pay attention, take action and do something different, freeing and altogether FUN!!!! Join us as we leap into our ONE SWEET LIVES!

THIS EVENT IS A CELEBRATION!

Of my life and being the person I came here to be.

Of your life.

Of doing something different. Of taking action. Of doing different things. Of being brave. Of being bold. For my son, my greatest teacher.Of those lives that have touched mine in some way, past present and those who will join my future.Of all those doing the work to be the person they came here to be.Of the lives that have gone before us, our ancestors.

I CELEBRATE YOU ALL This event is the inspiration of taking huge action in my own life. And where I have faced challenges and from these gained courage and strength in the process. How i've allowed myself to be supported along the way and how i've supported others along their journeys. Its a beautiful thing. My heart explodes with deep deep love of this One Sweet Life, mine, yours and those that have gone before us. I have nothing but deep gratitude for the catalyst of beauty you have each brought to my life.

I'm using this opportunity to gather beautiful souls together in a public space and to radiate the love from our hearts out to this big beautiful world we live in. For it to land in the hearts of those that need it in these times and in turn for each of us to also open up to the love that we each deserve and crave. Lets show up in life and in public and take up space and be seen.

Similarly like the Jan '23 event, I am inviting adults and children alike to contribute suggested choreography. Our January event was a collaboration of 4 different sets of choreography, it made it super special and not the master pice of any one person. I'm especially enthusiastic about the young ones getting involved here! Kids love to move right, why not give them a shot and crafting something fun for all.

Please join me in this celebration of life. We only get one, why the heck not celebrate it.

Wear fancy dress, wear lycra, wear a wig, wear your pjs, wear sequins, wear a bikini, wear a wizards hat. WEAR WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT! Its your sweet sweet opportunity to show this world that you're here to be the person you came here to be!
