Flash Class: Family Fun Cannoli Piping (1Adult +1 Child)
About this Event
Cannoli originates in the Sicilian City of Palermo. This classic Italian pastry consists of fried pastry dough shaped in a tube and filled with a sweet and creamy ricotta filling. Today, this dolce is an icon of southern Italian culture across the world.
Join us for a fun afternoon at La Scuola di Eataly Yorkville with your young chefs to learn about this traditional dessert, fill and decorate with the classic toppings which include chocolates, dried fruits and nuts.
In this class, parents and kids will:
- Learn about cannoli
- Create the filling and learn how to fill the cannoli
- Take home or enjoy your cannoli creation

One ticket is for one adult and one child.
