Join us at our region event at Flamingo Land Resort, either as a Day Visitor on either the Saturday or Sunday or make a weekend of it and come for two days staying overnight on the campsite or in a holiday home. Everyone attending will have full access to the theme park and zoo and get a badge!

There are rides suitable for all age groups, the Pirates of Zanzibar Show and plenty to see at the zoo including sea lion and bird shows!

Those staying overnight will also have an evening meal, entertainment and breakfast.

Please note: Flamingo Land will be open to the public during this event. We will have our own area of the campsite and the evening entertainment will be exclusive to us.

When do I pay?

Day Visitors - If you are booking a Day Visitor ticket for either day you will need to pay the full price on booking.

Camping (Tent) - For camping tickets we require a deposit of £30 per ticket booked. The balance will be payable by 23 June 2023 and a reminder will be sent to you ahead of this date showing the total balance due.

Holiday Homes - For holiday homes we require a deposit of £100 per holiday home at the time of booking. This is in addition to a deposit per occupant. The balance for the holiday home will be payable by 23 June 2023 and a reminder will be sent to you ahead of this date showing the total balance due.

For holiday home occupants we require a deposit of £30 per ticket booked. This is in addition to the deposit for the holiday home itself. Any balance will be payable by 23 June 2023 and a reminder will be sent to you ahead of this date showing the total balance due.

How do I pay?

Payments due when booking tickets can be made via card or BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please tick the 'Pay by Invoice' option on booking and you will be supplied with our bank details for a BACS payment. BACS payments must be received within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

We will notify you of methods of payment for balances when sending reminders for these.

Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking this ticket you are agreeing to the Girlguiding North East England booking terms and conditions as follows.

Payments made when booking are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Participant - Cancellation must be made via email or in writing to the Girlguiding North East England office. No refunds are payable on cancellation by the Participant.

Cancellation by Girlguiding North East England - Girlguiding North East England reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of cancellation being made by Girlguiding North East England a full refund of the event fee paid to Girlguiding North East England will be made to participants.
