By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Flagstaff Creepy Con, you agree to the following:

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is officially cancelled.

Event details including guests, schedules, panels, and experiences are subject to change without notice.

• Guest cancellations or schedule changes do not qualify for refunds
• If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date

Some guests may charge additional fees for:

• Autographs
• Photo opportunities
• Special experiences

Flagstaff Creepy Con is a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Violations may result in:

• Removal from the event without refund
• Permanent ban from future events

• Cosplay is encouraged but must remain family-friendly
• No real or functional weapons allowed
• All props are subject to inspection and approval

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use.

• No compensation will be provided
• Attendees must obtain consent before photographing others

• No outside food or beverages permitted
• All attendees must follow venue policies and staff instructions

By attending, you assume all risks associated with a live event.

Flagstaff Creepy Con and its organizers are not responsible for:

• Injury
• Lost, stolen, or damaged property

Flagstaff Creepy Con reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual for violating these terms.
