It is free to participate in and all you have to do is decorate your float, vehicle or marching group, in Mardi Gras Spirit and throw beads to the spectators! This is a great way to introduce and promote your business or organization to patrons during the parade.

The parade will travel from South Atlantic Avenue beginning at Columbus and turn west on Flagler Avenue and end on Pine Street. We encourage all parade participants to throw beads for the spectators. Flagler Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic from 4 – 8 p.m. Cars also must be moved from the street to accommodate the large crowds.

If you and your decorated vehicle are super crafty you could take home one of the awards in FOUR Categories: Best Float, Best Marching Group, Best Vehicle and the Esteemed REX Award (best overall)!
