Mayor Welch will be joined by St. Petersburg City Council Chair Copley Gerdes, owners and promoters of the Firestone Grand Prix, Kim Green and Kevin Savoree, INDYCAR President Jay Frye, Pinellas County native and 2025 Grand Prix St. Pete participant, Nikita Johnson and 2024 first-place winner, Patricio "Pato" O'Ward Junco.
