Flacoman sprouts from the heat of the Ecuadorian tropic, in a small coastal town where the surf and jungle are in constant interaction.
Drawn by a relentless nature, Camilo Suarez (guitar and voice) and Mateo Blanco (drums and voice), unearth a wild sound, portraying the vast freedom that surrounds them. Dialoguing through rock & roll, funk and blues languages, their lyrics plainly transmit their life’s concept and philosophy.
Starting in 2018, the project performs as a power duo at their home town and neighbour villages, quickly growing, now touring throughout the whole country.
