Fixing Mistakes in Garter and Stockinette, May 18, 2025, August 24, 1:00-2:30 pmAre you feeling like you either need to live with mistakes, or frog your work? Do you despair when stitches get pulled off your needles? We will learn to read our knitting and fix mistakes several rows below our current row
Cost: $30
Prerequisites: should be comfortable knitting and purling
Supplies Required: Yarn, knitting needles, crochet hook, and two swatches still on the needles as specified below. Don’t use yarn with lots of extra texture, as you want to see your stitches.
Swatch #1: cast on 25-30 stitches; continue with garter stitch (knit all rows) until approximately 4-inches (do not bind off).
Swatch #2: cast on 25-30 stitches; continue with stockinette stitch (knit one row, purl one row) until approximately 4-inches (do not bind off).
