Most people know me as Dr. Soaper, but long before I made my first bar of soap, I learned how to sew.
I’ve been sewing since I was a young girl. Now with over 50 years experience, I thought it might be fun to share some of the basics. I believe these are practical life skills worth passing on.
That’s why I’m offering Fix Your Clothes 101, a hands-on beginner workshop focused entirely on hand sewing. No sewing machine, no prior experience, and no pressure.
You’ll learn:
✔ Basic hand sewing
✔ Hemming clothes
✔ Sewing on buttons
✔ Small seam repairs
✔ Repairing small holes
