This is a beginner-friendly underwriting roundtable where we break down real deals step by step and show you how to evaluate them conservatively — the same way active investors do.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need perfect numbers.
Just bring your curiosity (and optionally, a deal you’re working on).

• How to quickly analyze a fix & flip deal
• How to estimate ARV using nearby sales
