Five Week Reformer Pilates Course with Black Girls Brunch

Celebrate your body with our exclusive Reformer Pilates Five-Week Course! Classes will run every Sunday from 10th November - 8th December 2024 at 2pm. This course will consist of a full-body workout each week with great vibes, for just £26 per session! The first few sessions will focus on the foundations of reformer Pilates and learning how to control your core stability. The classes will gradually increase in reformer technique, with progression and regression options in order for you to feel confident and in control during each class.

This will be an incredibly intimate class where you'll receive personalised one on one attention, connect deeply with your body, and build lasting relationships within a supportive community.

About the faciltator:

Torah is a registered Physiotherapist and a certified Pilates instructor. She works within the Musculoskeletal area, which can also involve reformer pilates typically for lower back pain, core strengthening and pre/post-natal care.

Her aim is to provide alternative movement through reformer pilates and to make it accessible for all bodies, genders and levels of experiences. Beginners to advanced are welcome to have a great time on the reformer and discover how powerful their bodies are!
