Running for five Sunday mornings in a row. Sessions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are ALL delightful, interactive, face to face, events.

Workshop includes:
-This is a FULL antenatal education course.
-Hypnobirthing and Calmbirth-style, She Births-style learning and content
- Natalie is also an EmbodyBirth International Educator and incorporates much of Maha Al Musas' great work into her teachings
-Content that increases the positivity of your experience of birth, parenting and breastfeeding.
-Confidence in birth and parenting – self calming and baby calming skills.
-Antenatal education helping you to know how to work with your body, and allowing you to tune into your instinct
-Mindfulness, self-hypnosis and hip sway/belly breathing techniques for birth
(prices are deliberately priced as close to hospital courses as we can go while still covering costs to support the Newcastle Birth Movement community project!)

Session one is on Sunday Morning Nov 17th, 9:30am - 12:30pm.
Session two is on Sunday Morning Nov 24th, 9:30am - 12:30pm.
Session three is on Sunday Morning Dec 1st, 9:30am - 12:30pm.
Session four is on Sunday Morning Dec 8th, 9:30am - 12:30pm.
Session five (graduation) is on Sunday Morning Dec 15th, 9:30am - 12:30pm.
Capacity: Five pregnant attendees (with chosen supporter/s included).
Mood: Down to earth, relaxed, real and fun.
