Set against the stunning backdrop of sweeping mountain and ocean views, join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the best of both Old World and New World wines, featuring selections from Phantom Creek and Domaine Zind-Humbrecht.
Savour a six-course tasting menu crafted by Five Sails Culinary Director and 2025 Canadian Culinary Champion, Chef Alex Kim. Each course is thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from these two acclaimed estates.
Guiding the evening is Olivier Humbrecht, guest host and Master of Wine. As one of the world’s most celebrated winemakers, Olivier brings unmatched expertise and passion. He is the second youngest Master of Wine in history, head of the legendary Zind-Humbrecht Domaine—farmed by his family since 1620—and a pioneer of biodynamic farming and terroir-driven winemaking.
Described by Robert Parker as “the greatest white winemaker on Earth,” this is a rare opportunity to meet him in an intimate setting and explore his extraordinary work across two distinct yet equally compelling wine regions.
