Valentine’s Day at NANDO Wood-Fired Steak & SeafoodCelebrate Valentine’s Day with an elevated five-course, ticketed dining experience designed to linger from the first bite to the final sip. The evening begins with a luxurious caviar charcuterie, featuring brioche toast, crème fraîche, chive, and a chef’s selection of premium meats and cheeses.
The second course highlights the sea with oysters on the half shell, served with house hot sauces, mignonette, and Meyer lemon, alongside a decadent croquette de arroz, a crisp fried risotto stuffed with Manchego and mozzarella and finished with peppadew romesco. Optional champagne or Japanese whisky pairings are available to complement these opening courses.
Course three offers a choice of rich, comforting flavors. Guests may enjoy a delicate crab bisque with lump crab and tarragon or the signature NANDO wedge, layered with Point Reyes blue cheese, peppercorn ranch, heirloom tomato, pickled shallot, and Broadbent bacon, each paired with a thoughtfully selected Irish whiskey option.
For the main course, guests will select from standout entrées including an 8 oz USDA Prime filet mignon with whipped Yukon potatoes and asparagus, Chilean sea bass with confit fingerling potatoes, butter-braised leeks, lemon marmalade, and onion soubise cream sauce, or agrodolce Pekin duck breast finished with currants, herbs, and a warm wine gastrique. Each entrée is paired with premium bourbon or Rhône-style wine selections curated to elevate the dish.
The evening concludes with indulgent desserts, including New York cheesecake with chocolate-covered strawberry, NANDO chocolate cake, or a chocolate hazelnut espresso martini with espresso, hazelnut, and chocolate notes. Dessert wines, rye whiskey, and aged port pairings are available to finish the night on a perfect note.
Tickets are $150 per person, with optional wine or whiskey pairings available. Seating is limited, and this experience will sell out. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Reservations are required.
