For 1 evening and 2 days, we will immerse ourselves in the discovery and exploration of the maps of the 5Rhythms, guided by 5 different teachers from 5Rhythms Italy:

Marcella Panseri: STACCATO
Olivia Olla Palmer: CHAOS
Linda Bedin: LYRICAL
Evangelos Diavolitsis: STILLNESS
**Participation is for the full workshop only; it is not possible to attend individual sessions or single days.**
One of the unique aspects of this workshop is the opportunity to experience a variety of teaching styles, approaches, and perspectives. Each teacher brings their own background, experience, and passion, creating a rich and inspiring learning environment.
Together, the teaching team offers a broad and multifaceted view of the 5Rhythms practice, giving participants the opportunity to deepen and expand their experience through different voices and approaches.
For the teachers themselves, co-leading is also a valuable opportunity for exchange, collaboration, and mutual inspiration. By weaving together our different skills, perspectives, and strengths, we are able to offer a richer and more multidimensional experience.
**Please note:** Accommodation is not included in the workshop fee. Participants are responsible for arranging their own lodging.
