FIU Wind Ensemble presents Kaleidoscope

Join the FIU Wind Ensemble (FIUWE) as we proudly continue our 2024-25 season, "Kaleidoscope." Under the dynamic direction of Dr. Brenton Alston, our second concert promises an eclectic mix of classic wind band repertoire and opera, creating an evening of unforgettable performances.

The first half of the concert will immerse you in the timeless beauty of classic wind band compositions, showcasing the ensemble's versatility and exceptional talent. In the second half, prepare to be enthralled by the evocative melodrama of Ernest Toch's "Egon und Emilie," followed by the vibrant "Three Penny Music" from Kurt Weill’s renowned Three Penny Opera.
