About this Event
THE ULTIMATE FITNESS TEST IS COMING TO MINNEAPOLIS! REGISTER TODAY!
The F45 Playoffs are the benchmark standard in fitness tests - featured at events around the world, with some of the fittest athletes participating. This fitness test is designed by F45 Training, the world's leading functional training network, and hosted by all F45 Training studios in Minnesota!
This event will test your speed, strength, agility, endurance, mobility and power.
Ten stations, with 45 seconds of work per station. Each station will be scored by an official umpire.
This competition is open to EVERYONE and will have CASH PRIZES for each category, plus other great prizes.
Spectators and families are welcome.
The competition will have 5 categories:
- Male individual Under 40
- Male individual Over 40
- Female individual Under 40
- Female individual Over 40
- Team (Teams will be made up of 5 people, 2 females minimum. Each person will do 2 stations)
We will be publishing official rules and event schedule soon. Participants should expect to be at the venue from 9:30 AM until at least 2:00 PM
