Are you looking to get more active in a fun and friendly way in a socially distanced environment? Do you love to move to the beat?
FitSteps® For All Bodies, ‘FAB’, is a dance fitness workout designed for people who love to dance, want to keep fit, but for a variety of reasons, prefer a lighter intensity, lower impact and perhaps a slower pace. We can tailor the moves to suit you. FAB combines old style dance genres such as the Bossa Nova, Foxtrot, Swing Jive and Charleston and many more fun routines.
The workout combines sway and swing roots, making it great fun to do whatever your age or ability.
The dance steps are repeated enabling more participants to have fun getting fit while learning classic dances of the ages.
This class is a socially distanced class with restricted numbers for your safety, so pre-booking is essential.
You can find us at Wensum Community Centre, Hotblack Road, Norwich, NR2 4HG.
Classes are £6 each (payable by cash, card or bank transfer).
You should wear something comfortable to move in and bring some water to hydrate. Please make your instructor aware of any health issues before the class.
