FITRow Day of Fitness

Break a sweat during one (or all) of the 5 outdoors classes from FITRow’s three feature studios - CorePower Yoga, Pure Barre, Orangetheory Fitness, Georgetown Hill and HIIT Hard Boxing - and participating fitness influencers and business. Afterwards, cool down with drinks and bites from Matchbox, Smoothie King and CHOPT. There’ll be a live DJ keeping the beats going all day with kids face painting from 10 am - 1 pm.

Local lifestyle brand SONDER/SWAY will be offering a $250 gift card to any shop at Congressional Plaza. For your chance to win, RSVP to your preferred class(es) AND check-in with your studio or instructor on the day of the event. Only those who check in for a class will be eligble for the grand prize. The winner will be chosen at random an notified on Monday 10/4/24.

The classes will be held in parking lot near the Container Store. It is strongly encouraged you bring your own fitness mats and water bottles.
