End your week strong with a full-body fitness class designed to energize your week, boost your mood, and build community in the heart of Lower Manhattan.
Led by Erin, a longtime runner and passionate fitness instructor, this dynamic outdoor class blends strength training, cardio, and core work using bands, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises. Every movement can be modified, making it perfect for beginners, returning exercisers, and parents looking to reset after school drop-off.

Each 60-minute session includes:
💪 A guided warm-up to get your body moving

🧘♀️ Calming stretches to close with balance and breath
