About this Event
Registration is required. Participants are also asked to bring their own water to the event. FREE parking in LOT 2.
Each participant will receive a co-branded fitness headband, cooling towel and a healthy snack while supplies last.

Fitness Class Schedule (all classes are 30 minutes):
2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Mental health talk with Maddy Glab, Buffalo Bills Multimedia Journalist and Kendall Toole, fitness icon
3:00 p.m. - Yoga with Steve Procknal & Jen Gress
Class Description: 30-minute Power Yoga class. All levels and all ages.
3:45 p.m. – TONE-X with Judy
Class Description: TONE-X method is a challenging yet low impact workout that tones your entire body. A mat based class choregraphed to playlist of BKindcity Beats. HiiT & sculpting segment that will move and strengthen your body in a way that other programs don’t. Bring a mat and prepare for a challenge that will leave you sweaty and burning!!
3:45 p.m. – La'Movement Fitness with Lala
Class Description: Low impact HIGH energy Dance and HIIT full body workout! Join the party, shake, tone and tighten!
4:30 p.m. - Shannon Connors Fitness
Class Description: Join high energy, dynamic Group Fitness instructor Shannon Connors of Shannon Connors Fitness for an all over, full body workout including body resistance and strength training exercises to strengthen and sculpt every muscle in your body. Shannon will incorporate moderate cardio and core exercises and finish with a full body stretch!
4:30 p.m. - Zumba with Meg, Livy and Jen
Class Description: Zumba is a dance fitness class that is a perfect workout for everybody! No dance or fitness experience is needed. Class is designed to bring people together to have FUN!! Low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Using Latin and international World rhythms. A total workout, combing all elements of fitness. Cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy!
5:15 p.m. – Bootcamp class with Rise Fitness
Class Description: Participants will run through the best body weight bootcamp from the leading instructors at Rise! Class will be lead by: Rise Owner Lauren Gibson and instructors Jenea Smith, Matt Bermingham and Mike Brinkerhoff. Get ready for all the energy and a class you won’t soon forget!
FREE shuttle will be available from Martin Luther King, Jr. Park in East Buffalo. The shuttle will depart at 2:45 p.m. and return following the final class.
